🌸 What exactly is included in the Glowbelle Lily™ Duo set?

The Glowbelle Lily™ Duo – Collector’s Fantasy Edition includes:

  • The Original Glowbelle (609 pieces)
  • The Petite Glowbelle (197 pieces)

Both flowers are shipped together in one box. The larger flower is bagged in three separate groups (head, stem, base) while the smaller one is grouped in a single bag.


✨ Are the flowers light-up?

Not yet - but stay tuned! We're actively exploring a light-up edition for future drops!


🔧 Do the sets come with instructions?

Absolutely. Each set includes easy-to-follow building instructions. You’ll be guided from the first brick to the final blossom.


🧒 What age are Brikka™ sets suitable for?

Our brick sets are designed for ages 9 and up due to their intricate builds and collectible nature. Perfect for mindful play, display, or gifting.


💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout.


📦 When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 12–24 hours during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9am to 6pm AEST). If you order on a weekend or public holiday, it’ll be processed the next business day.


🚚 How long does shipping take?

In-stock items:

  • USA & Canada: 5–7 business days
  • UK & Europe: 7–10 business days

Preorders:

  • USA & Canada: 15–18 business days
  • UK & Europe: 18–20 business days

🔄 Can I return my order if I don’t love it?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it ASAP.
If you’ve changed your mind, contact us at orders@brikkatoys.com within 30 days of receiving your item to start the return process.

Note: Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.


💥 My set arrived damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! Email us right away at orders@brikkatoys.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement quickly, no fuss.


🧾 Can I update or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at orders@brikkatoys.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?

Not at the moment, but our packaging is already magical enough to impress. We’re hoping to add gifting options in future releases!
